exa does not respect host timezone information #54

Okay, that wasn't exactly ASAP, but this should now work! Could you please give it a try, and see if it's now getting your timezones correct? It works by reading and parsing |

Since I'm currently at UTC-4, my guess is that the modification time is printed as UTC time, not local time.
