This PR continues on #2201

Adds Logistic Nodes and Templates by @stutpip123,
Added Helicopters as possible Logistic Vehicles (This needs to be done for the rest of the Templates at some point too).
Added Unsungs Category Chaos to fn_categoryOverrides
