New environment variable - EGERIA_HOME_GLOSSARY_GUID preset for jupyter environments. Default is the guid of the Sustainability Glossary from CocoComboArchive.omarchive.
Improved the consistency of the different Egeria compose scripts and updated some of the documentation.
