Only read screen if Hulu is active. Closes #4.

This requires the user to allow Lull to control their computer, not
sure if I want this yet.

b954b01 implements this, but it requires allowing Lull to control your computer using System Preferences (Mac). This isn't a big deal, but if the user doesn't do this the app won't work. I need to think about this.
