[Part of epic #50 "Ship MVP"]

What: Update READMEs for remote testnet

Should include:

  • (a) use remote testnet
  • (b) run predictoor script & simple model from Azure (not local)
  • (c) Faucet for testnet tokens

Pieces already built:

  • Towards remote: Add a README for building and deploying a container image on Azure #20
  • Towards remote: Faucet for testnet tokens #60
