-Depends on Responsive HTML5 Boilerplate http://drupal.org/project/html5_boilerplate
-Put all the files in a folder in the theme search path (e.g. sites/all/themes/occupynet_theme)

For Redmine:
-Put all the files in a folder under public/themes (e.g. public/themes/occupynet_theme)
