Version 0.3.0

Overview

0.2.0 was tagged against the wrong development branch and included some compatibility modules which have subsequently been dropped. That release was never made to opam-repository.

The version is bumped to 0.3.0 to avoid confusion, but the only change is to extend the fix in #12 to OCaml 4.10.0 and release 0.2.0 as was originally intended.
