Initial tagged release

From the original fork. This has a bunch of addition things. Mostly bug fixed but also:

• Support for struct tags
• Support for array indexing
• Support for a non-standard {{#test_value {{path}} "desiredValue"}} {{/test_value}} construction under an option.
