hide_cursor_on_touch setting no longer exists in Hyprland

It seems that as of Hyprland 0.41 the hide_cursor_on_touch miscellaneous setting no longer exists, hyprland throws an error about it if the line is present in the config file.

it was renamed and moved to the cursor section:
cursor {
hide_on_touch = true
}
I tested with latest aur release

@envolution Thanks. However, I won't add any stuff specific to hyprland>0.40.0 now, as I experience numerous issues on v0.41.0. I want my users to be able to downgrade until they're fixed.
