Cumulus VX image fix

I borked the CVX image before uploading it... fixed version is ready, just need to modify the dockerfile to point to a specific image in the Google bucket for auto-building.

Essentially, I killed sudo for the antidote user when I added the user to the netshow and netedit groups (cumulus specific linux groups to allow users to use show commands and change configs).
