Implements the Advisor which includes better functionality for finding lesson content and curating a path through a lesson's dependencies.
Makes use of changes to Syringe in nre-learning/antidote-core#65 that exposes dependency data for lessons, as well as other important meta-data for lessons.
Closes #22
