Implicit relative imports don't work in Python 3. This converts
implicit relative imports into absolute imports
(e.g. import websocket becomes from websockify import websocket).

Fixes #154

Looks good to me. I tested with python2.4. At some point it would be nice to drop python2.4 support, but every time it breaks we can quite a few complaints, so probably not quite the time yet.
