"tool-bar" community package support

Implement optimized styles for the community 📦 tool-bar by suda.

This should make the tool-bar package fit it more with the surrounding UI.

1. The border should be removed
2. The button- and bar background- and border color should fit the theme base background color
3. Spacer should have no -webkit-mask-image shine effect and should git the base text color
4. Spacer should have margins for each layout (vertical, horizontal)
