Update Arkworks' dependencies on acir_field

Problem

Arkworks' dependencies are outdated.

Solution

Update them from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0.

Additional context and alternatives considered

Maybe there is a reason why they haven't been updated yet but for the record, almost all of Arkworks' repos have been updated in the last two weeks.

I'm personally working in a backend for Noir using gnark (see here for more details) and I'm trying to use the last version of any Arkworks' dependencies.

An alternative solution in the case that this update is undesirable would be for me to use outdated Arkworks' dependencies, a solution that I'm trying to avoid.
