Translation to French?

Hi there,

Looking for a way to contribute, I started looking for how to contribute to translation. I've been on the nodejs-fr WG repo, and it no longer seems to be active (last commit & issue 2 years ago). Is there any way to reactivate this translation? I'd be happy to help in that prospect, or another for that matter.

Actually I should be the one asking how I can help.
Since the first Working Group seems dead, is there a way to re-create one, to ourgoanize our work?
And to be honest, I have no idea on where to start for now.
How should we proceed? Starting with the landing page?

My point of view is YAGNI, for now, you are the only one on earth thinking about contribute to the french site. Start with the about page to see what happens next ;)
