Prior to this commit, Bash fenced code blocks in Markdown files had
inconsistent info strings. This has been corrected to standardize on
the less-obscure variant.

Checklist

I understand some of these are supposed to console, and I intend to follow-up with corrections.

Some of these are obviously shell sessions and should go to #33486. Along w/ a lint rule to help ensure consistency, perhaps some new material explaining the meaning of each info string should be added to the Markdown style guide. It appears as though sh (Bash) had been typically used to mean console (Shell Session), which supports this PR's intention to standardize on the less-obscure variant of bash.
