Remove v0.10 image on or after 2016-10-31

Long Term Support for v0.10 ends on 2016-10-31 so we should remove the image from this repo around then as well.

Note that tagged versions of v0.10 will still be available on the Docker Hub.

Looks like we'll have one at least more update to v0.10: nodejs/Release#143

In theory we can probably remove it today but I'd like to let this sit for a bit. I think there was some discussion of doing one more release to include and npm update that corrected a license issue (see last comment here: nodejs/Release#143)

Note: Also need to remove 0.10 from .travis.yml when we EOL v0.10

v0.10 will not be updated to get a newer version of npm per the latest comments in nodejs/Release#143

I'll work on removing 0.10 in the next few days.
