Hi all! So, I scheduled a fancy group "goodby Helsinki" dinner for tomorrow night, not realizing that with the 10 hour time difference it fell right during the CommComm meeting! Called the restaurant and unfortunately it can't be moved, so @bnb will be subbing for me this week. I'll keep and eye on the recording / meeting notes for action items for me.

Some notes:

• Individual Membership Subgroup proposal request for feedback #390, Tracy and I are tag-teaming a more formal draft of the program proposal a la Bootstrap staged proposal format. We'll share when there is something to look at.
• Discussion - Merger - Community Committee across multiple projects #414, as commented, thats my understanding as well – if all goes according to plan, not a lot of our day-to-day changes.
• Not big enough for an agenda item, but would love other eyes on docs: Reorganize governance content. #409

Also, just a friendly reminder, please take a moment to look at #385 and either provide new suggestions, or give it your approval.

Just a quick update from me before the call:

I believe some of you already know, but I'll be leaving The Linux Foundation this Friday. I have invited my colleagues @OfficialLinuxAmanda and @RRomoff to join our CommComm call today - I will also be joining.

Amanda will be running point on social and Rachel will be running point on my public relations and Collection work. I know we have a few open-ended items on social and also have some open-ended items on the Collection work.

Rachel and Amanda will help see these things through until completion.
