Progress List component currently uses the same styling for the ‘current’ and ‘not-checked’ states, with only the color being different.

WCAG 1.4.1 states:

Ensure that color is not the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. Not everyone can perceive colors or notice changes in color or color contrast.

For this reason, I have adjusted the ‘not-checked’ state.
