Migrating changes to existing work items

I've migrated over 5000 work items over to our new server. As I prepare to shut down our old Azure DevOps I would like to perform a final migration of changes made to itmes (which do exist) in the new system.
Does any anyone have an "incantation' which will allow me to migrate the deltas of work items?

Migrating deltas is the default mode of the tool

Thank you. So I'm guessing I don't FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTarget should be false and it will run any deltas. Cheers
