LDA model to study academic corpora on terrestrial mammals in Britain. The code show steps and implemenatation of LDA. It includes code for preprocessing of data collected, selection of topic number through LDAtuning package, web based visualiusation to adjust weight of number to help in proper naming of topics, topic identification, their labelling, topic trends over the years, topic co-occurence/research gaps and topic similarity I have also provided code for analysing themes(similar topics put together under one theme)
