In some cases, particularly when using vagrant, watchify does not properly detect file system changes as documented here browserify/watchify#120

In these cases watchify has exposed an option to enable polling to check for changes. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to tell karma-browserify to use this mechanism. As a result it doesn't properly detect changes when running inside of vagrant.

This looks like a good integration test for #124.

At the same time it should allow us to run our test suite on travis'
container based infrastructure.
