No-op translation, but worth checking in.
Use the first patient in the list, or the username from the CONNECT_CARELINK_PATIENT_USERNAME variable.
Carelink will fill nulls with elements where sg is set to 0 and there is no datetime to ensure that there are many glucose values available for the trailing 24 hour periods.
This makes nightscout-connect more or less feature-complete with minimed-connect-to-nightscout.
