Prepare to handle issue #5719. This patch adjusts dependencies to
target a community edition fork of minimed-connect-to-nightscout. The
new dependency targets information provided to begin addressing
changes to Medtronic Carelink services starting late June 2020.

The community edition: nightscout/minimed-connect-to-nightscout#1
This branch is provided so that people can try Nightscout against this code and verify if it will work. The code is still not observed to be working and there may be a few details missing.

When we confirm working and get a new version published, we'll be able to merge this into dev and perhaps do a hotfix if needed.

I made the change, mdtlogin related. An extra error appeared:
MiniMed Connect error: Error [ERR_TLS_CERT_ALTNAME_INVALID]: Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: carelink.minimed.eu. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:mdtlogin.medtronic.com, DNS:mdtsts.medtronic.com

#5719 (comment)

For anyone following along, we believe this branch, wip/bewest/mmconnect-eu, has a fix available for testing.

Please see #5725 (comment) for getting hotfix for cgm-remote-monitor. Once confirmed, the patches from the hotfix will be rebased --onto this branch for dev usage.
