Adds
channel.chat.*events and their data types. I've followed the eventsub reference but one bit that confuses me is.charity_donation.amount.decimal_placein the Chat notifications payload, similar events use the pluraldecimal_placesso don't know if this is intentional or a typo of the documentation.
