This PR does the following:

Create a fresh install of Laravel 11 (Breeze, React, and Typescript).
Replace the default Breeze components with Shadcn Components.
Revamp UI to match Shadcn's look and feel.
Add dark mode support.


          Upgrade to Laravel 11
