I wanted to run this on Linux, but my distro had a more recent version of Python, so that caused problems.
This addition allows the creation of a container. The most recent compatible version is included in the built container, so the distro's version is irrelevant.
I used Podman since it is easier to install and configure than the more common Docker. Docker may work with little to no edits since Podman is made to be compatible with it; but it is untested.
