What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Filter out VIs provided by VeriStand when checking connector panes. This fixes #10.
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
This fixes an issue with the connector pane assert for the Chassis TimeSync custom device.
What testing has been done?
Added a test with a system definition referencing a system page; confirmed that it fails without the change and passes with it.
