Rich Text Editor | Support for increase or decrease indent buttons for nested lists

📌 User Story

nimble-rich-text-editor which uses Tiptap under the hood supports lists of different types (numbered lists, bulleted lists, etc.) . For nested lists, it will be nice to have increase or decrease indent buttons.

😮 Current Support (Tiptap)

Tab and Shift+Tab keys are used to adjust indentations

🤔 Expected Support

Decrease/Increase Indentation buttons should be added in nimble-rich-text-editor. Needs visual design inputs.

@jattasNI Thanks for the heads up! We have not yet reached out to any visual designers on this. Any help on getting visual designers bandwidth for this, will be helpful!

On priority of this requirement - This was discussed in a PR Comment and is out of scope for the SLE comments workflow, so this contribution can take it's own pace! I wanted to capture this as an issue without being dropped, so that we can track it to closure.

@NIbokeefe here's a low-urgency icon request for you: increase and decrease indent levels for lists. For reference, here are the equivalent icons on AzDO's rich text editor in work items

The designs for these are complete and filed a user story to implement the new icons into the token library.
