Proposed changes

Recent NIM docs reog means https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-management-suite/nim is no longer valid. PR to update links to to https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-instance-manager.
Note: pages are still rendering as the pages are still in Azure for the moment.
