Realised that this needs to be merged to the default branch before it runs, so we can't actually test it until the next release 😅 Ah well, it's a low priority feature. Not the end of the world if it doesn't work.. |

Add ability to use
@nf-core-bot fix lintingwithin PR comments. Both for the main nf-core/tools repo and also in the template.The nf-core/tools action also runs Black as well as Prettier.
Also updated the setup-python action to v3 from v1.
