Hide the journal details in Redmine Tickets

Description

This plugin hides the ticket history by default and adds an option to show the full history if needed.

The plugin is translated to English and German.

This plugin has been testet with Redmine 2.2.2 and 3.3.2

Just copy it into the Redmine plugins folder and rename it to hide_journal_details

Maybe Redmine needs to be restarted.
