Describe the bug
The outline slides behind the text content of a markdown file if opened in a narrow window, which cannot fit the outline and the body text next to each other.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a markdown file that produces an outline in Files e.g. Tutorial Develop your first Hello World app.md
  2. Click on 'Show outline'
  3. Resize window to narrow until outline and body text overlap.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Text does not overlap with other text. Responsive behavior; outline has a section where it is legible and does not overlap with other text.
