GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #11824 ("Add Group" button has disappeared), #11182 (cannot create new group + other issues adding group to user in NC14.0.0), #9068 (Various sharing functions are missing on NC13 / NC14), and #11694 (Sharing a password protected file with a note by mail generates three mails).

I would expect the button "Add Group" on the left side.
Actual behaviour
There is no button "Add Group". Checked this on two different systems (one at work and my private one; both Nextcloud 14.0.1)
