Overview
This change adds new override method signatures for getBrowserTimingHeader(nonce) and getBrowserTimingFooter(nonce).
This has been in several forum topics. This will bring parity to the Java agent as the .NET agent already supports passing nonces.

Testing
The agent includes a suite of tests which should be used to
