Proposed changes

• Ai onboarding flow admin bar style changes to bring it closer to WP admin bar styles.
• Fix text wrap (widow) issue in the migration card link by reducing the font size to 13.5px from 14px, also adding text-wrap: balance to handle text wrapping if needed.
