Add identifiers when the error state is triggered #590

This PR adds an identifier whenever the error state is triggered in the AI Sitegen flow. The error state can be triggered in multiple places, such as during site-meta generation, site logo upload, social connect, and migration.

Type of Change

  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)
