  1. Introduces AI SiteGen flow.
  2. Enables the flow brand-wise: Add SiteGen flow by brand wp-module-onboarding-data#12
  3. Enhances Onboarding to seamlessly switch between flows while supporting chapter prioritization.
  4. Incorporates slot-filled headers.
  5. Adds placeholder steps for the AI SiteGen flow.
  6. Postpones initialization, such as initializePlugins and initializeSettings etc until after flow selection.
  7. Adds .nfd-onboarding-sitegen branding variables.
