Adds support for HostGator brands

  1. Enhances module to handle region.
  2. Adds brand data for US and BR regions.
  3. In the address step, default to country:Brazil and currency: Brazilian real (BRL) (R$) for the BR region.
  4. Fix some hardcoded text and URLs.
  5. Add missing colour variables.
  6. Add HostGator specific images for the loader and error steps.
  7. Add WordPress generic images for the What Next step.
  8. Enable Onboarding only for HostGator Brazil.

A bug fix to install translations for wp.org plugins:
newfold-labs/wp-module-installer#13
