The data structure for the project is as follows:

Input directory of original data:

data_dir = 'd:/data/runs/'

debarcoded output directories:

'd:/data/debarcoded/{global,specific, all}/'

In each debarcoded directory there will be the following structure:

logs/ fcs/

removal of empty channels

The following channels are required for debarcoding:

2. 104
3. 105
4. 106
5. 108
6. 110
