Closes: #8550

  • Move ASNField class from dcim to ipam
  • Move ASN model and table to separate modules
  • Introduce an ASNRange model, which must be assigned to a RIR and may be assigned to a tenant
  • Provide a REST API endpoint for retrieving/provisioning available ASNs within a range
