Didn't found latest patch merge for #13109 from @abhi1693 in actual patch notes, but it's live in 3.6.0 demo.

Add Import button like this:

To contact assignment there:

Use case

Generalizing UI.
Adding and replacing hundreds of contact associations when stuff/contractor contractor changed.
