BUG: Dropdown for creating tables in RTE toolbar does not open

Description

The dropdown for creating tables in the RTE toolbar does not open. When clicked on, the dropdown button is marked active, but the dropdown itself does not show up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Neos backend v8.2
2. Try to insert a table into any RTE element that allows for it
3. See faulty behavior

Expected behavior
