Fork of Jon Betts's CM0102 Starter Kit

Very minor updates:

• Remove the reliance on the SharpZipLib library
• Added CM0102 style fonts to the buttons
• Slightly adjusted some colours
• Added all the resources you need to build it to GitHub (Images, Data Updates, etc)
