~/.config/tox folder not automatically created

Describe the bug

Venom does not create the ~/.config/tox folder automatically anymore

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Venom
2. Create a profile without encryption
3. Logout and check Login automatically
4. It does not get saved

Expected behavior

• Venom should save the last login and automatic login config

Actual behavior

• Venom does not create the ~/.config/tox folder, config files are not saved there

Also affects avatars, as they are, too, saved in this folder.

This should be a hotfix for 0.5.0
