Fix #934, Removes the flag defined in tests/CMakeLists.txt that isn't used anywhere

Testing performed
Build/run unit tests, passed

Yep, this is a very old remnant from when the CMake scripts were first written, the OSAL tests at the time ran forever and required pressing CTRL+C to exit. They've long since been updated to self-exit on their own now, to be more automation/CI-friendly.
