Previous/Next content links at bottom garbled in Safari 16.1 macOS 12.6 #126

This is on live 0.4.17 stable
In chrome this looks fine, justified to the outside of the page. But in Safari it's justified to the middle of the page and looks terrible and hard to read:

Just bumping this, still occurring with Safari 16.4 macOS 13.3.1

It's fine in Chrome on same macOS.
