I've added a photo tag blacklist that acts similarly to album blacklist. This implementation works only for flickr, it looks like google photos source doesn't support tags. I can add support (probably near https://github.com/nanostudio-org/nanogallery2/blob/dev/src/jquery.nanogallery2.data_nano_photos_provider2.js#L181) if this approach and addition is acceptable for the developers.
I'm also happy to submit a PR to the docs at dev-gh-pages describing the feature.
