Create a new bookmark. Copy the entire contents of translate.min.js to the "Location" section. That's it! On any page, select any text that you'd like to be translated, and click on the bookmark!

To make modifications to set a different default location for instance, use the easier to read translate.js. You can find a reference for the Google Translate API at the preceding link.
