Extract PropertiesTypeInspector from ReadablePropertiesTypeInspector …

…and WritablePropertiesTypeInspector

+ add virtual method CreateProperty to PropertiesTypeInspector and PropertyInfo to ReflectionPropertyDescriptor for aaubry#984
